01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website or entering into a service agreement with Gen Z Tech Solution, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have authority to bind your business), and that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who engages with our services.

02 Services Offered

Gen Z Tech Solution provides digital services including but not limited to:

• Web design, development, and e-commerce solutions.
• Mobile app development (native & cross-platform).
• Graphic design, branding, and UI/UX.
• SEO, SMM, and digital marketing services.
• Software development, ERP, CRM, and custom tools.
• Cloud solutions, cybersecurity, and IT consultation.
• Ready-to-deploy software products.

Detailed scopes are defined in each project proposal or service agreement, which forms part of these Terms.

03 Quotes & Proposals

All quotes we provide are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise. Quotes are based on the requirements shared by you at the time of enquiry.

If scope changes significantly during the project (new features, expanded requirements, extra pages), we reserve the right to revise the quote. We'll always share revised pricing in writing before proceeding with additional work.

04 Payment Terms

Our standard payment structure is:

• 50% advance — to confirm the project and begin work.
• 30% milestone — upon approval of design or halfway delivery.
• 20% final — upon project completion and before final handover.

Custom payment schedules may be agreed for larger projects. All payments are due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)
• UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
• Razorpay / PayU / Cashfree payment links
• Cheque (for registered businesses only)

All prices are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. GST will be added as applicable under Indian law.

05 Project Timelines & Delivery

Timelines are agreed at the start of each project and depend on timely inputs from your side (content, feedback, approvals, payments). Delays in providing these will extend the project timeline proportionally.

• Standard website: 2–4 weeks
• E-commerce / larger website: 4–8 weeks
• Mobile app (MVP): 6–12 weeks
• Custom software / ERP: 8–16 weeks

We always aim to deliver on or before the agreed date. If delays are anticipated from our side, you'll be informed in advance.

06 Revisions & Changes

Every project includes a set number of revisions as specified in the proposal (typically 2–3 rounds per stage). Additional revision rounds beyond this may be charged separately.

Major changes to scope, design direction, or features after the project has begun may require a new quote. We'll always discuss this transparently before any additional billing.

07 Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the following rights transfer to you:

• Full ownership of the final deliverables (website code, app code, designs, content).
• Source code, project files, and documentation, unless otherwise specified.
• Brand assets created specifically for your project.

Gen Z Tech Solution retains the right to display the completed project in its portfolio, on its website, and in marketing materials, unless you request otherwise in writing.

Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, licensed plugins) retain their original licenses and may require separate purchase or attribution.

08 Client Responsibilities

For every project to succeed, we need the following from you:

• Timely provision of content, images, and brand assets.
• Prompt feedback and approvals at each milestone.
• Accurate business information and legal compliance details.
• Timely payments as per the agreed schedule.
• A single point of contact for streamlined communication.

Delays or omissions in client responsibilities may affect the project timeline and final deliverables.

09 Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the project — including trade secrets, business strategies, customer data, and unreleased product details.

This confidentiality obligation survives the termination of the project and applies indefinitely unless the information becomes publicly available through no fault of the receiving party.

10 Limitation of Liability

Gen Z Tech Solution's total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service in question. We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.
• Downtime caused by third-party hosting, payment gateways, or external services.
• Issues arising from client-provided content, code, or assets.
• Cyberattacks or breaches beyond our reasonable control.

We deliver our services with professional diligence, but no software is entirely free from unforeseen issues.

11 Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In case of termination:

• You will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.
• Advance payments for uncompleted milestones may be refundable based on work done (see our Refund Policy).
• Completed deliverables will be handed over upon settlement of all dues.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in relation to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

13 Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For ongoing projects, the Terms in effect at the time of project commencement will apply unless both parties agree otherwise in writing.
